Why Northwest Arkansas?

Fayetteville, Arkansas

Thanks to a slew of music venues run by Razorbacks, central Dickson Street is the town's life force on the weekends. It also connects the University of Arkansas to the revitalized downtown, where streets are blocked off on Saturdays for the 60-stall Fayetteville Farmers' Market.

U.S. News analyzed 100 cities in the United States to find the best places to live based on quality of life and the job market in each city, as well as the value of living there and people's desire to live there. Fayetteville ranks as #3 with an overall score of 7.5 out of 10.

Springdale, Arkansas

In August 2015, Arkansas Children’s, Inc. announced plans to build a freestanding children’s hospital in Springdale, Ark. to advance pediatric healthcare in the region and provide care close to home for the more than 200,000 children.

Arkansas Children’s Northwest is scheduled to open in January 2018. The campus is an integral part of Arkansas Children’s plan to transform the health of children in Arkansas by expanding access to pediatric services across the region.

Springdale is also the home to a minor league baseball team, The Naturals.

Bentonville, Arkansas

In 2015, Trip Advisor ranked Bentonville as the top 10 best cities to live in for families.  Yahoo! Travel in June of 2015 has identified Bentonville as one of 10 Newest Hipster Neighborhoods.

After the opening Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in 2011, the stylish hotel-cum-museum 21C Museum Hotel opened in 2013 and with the recent launch of the Bentonville Film Festival, Bentonville is a hub for art and culture.

A major food revolution is on its way, too. In 2012, Matt joined the opening team of The Hive, located at 21c Museum Hotel Bentonville. At The Hive, Chef Matthew McClure was a James Beard Award semi-finalist for the “Best Chef: South” award in both 2014 and 2015, and was awarded Food & Wine Magazine’s “The People’s Best New Chef” award for the Midwest in 2015.
